Hello! My name is Miranda Davis. I have been teaching for 8 years, and I absolutely love it! I received my bachelor's degree from Azusa Pacific University and my teaching credential from San Diego State University. I received my master's degree, also from San Diego State, in educational technology. I enjoy working with technology, and I am always looking for new ways to integrate it into the second grade curriculum. I am originally from southern Illinois, but San Diego is my new home since I have lived here for 9 years. My husband's name is Todd. We have a German Shepherd named Samson. He is 2 years old and full of energy! When I am not teaching, I enjoy reading, walking with Samson, scrapbooking, and spending time with my hubby and friends. I am very fortunate to work at Benchley-Weinberger with such an amazing faculty and staff, supportive parents, and wonderful children. I am looking forward to a great second grade year!
